Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of Dr. Keely’s programs and the level of personal support involved, refunds are not offered. However, if you fully participate and feel the program didn’t deliver value, reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I join the Freedom from Pain program if I have a medical condition?

Yes. But it's always best to consult with your doctor before starting any new program, especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition. The techniques in Dr. Keely uses are designed to be gentle and adaptable.

How long does it take to hear back after submitting the contact form?

Dr. Keely’s team aims to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business hours (Monday–Friday).

How do I access my course materials?
