  • Wellness information you choose to share, such as assessment responses, intake form answers, or details you share in coaching sessions. We treat this information with care and use it only to deliver your program

  • Communications, such as emails, SMS replies, and messages you send us

SMS Messaging

If you provide your mobile number when booking a session or purchasing a program, we may send appointment confirmations and reminders by text message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect transactional emails related to your purchase.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing (such as for visitors in the EU or UK), we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering your program), consent (marketing emails and SMS), and legitimate interests (site analytics and improving our Services).

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Email Marketing

When you download a free resource or purchase a program, you may be added to our email list to receive the resource you requested along with related educational content and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but not transactional emails tied to an active purchase or booking.

We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your program, meet legal and tax obligations, and maintain business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
